Job Description : About usVisiting Angels of Renton and Greater Seattle is a non-medical home care agency serving South King County and Greater Seattle. We are dedicated to providing quality care and comfort to our clients so they can remain in their own homes comfortably.Position Purpose: The Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services between clients and caregivers, as well as supporting office operations.This is a full-time position requiring on-call duties on a rotational basis.Primary Responsibilities: Schedule the caregiver staff for hours of service for new clients and open hours/shifts for existing clients.Conduct intakes of prospective clients and schedule home assessments.Draft up Individualized Plan of Care.Conduct Spot Checks, Introductions and Supervisory Visits.Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by management.Required Job Knowledge and Skills: Associate’s degree required, preferably in relevant field.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certificate strongly preferred.Valid WA Driver License and insured automobile required.3+ years in home care/healthcare strongly preferred.COVID-19 vaccinationAbility to lawfully work in the U.S.Benefits of Working With Us:Paid Time OffHealth/Dental/Vision insurance – waiting period will apply.Endless PPEsDirect DepositTeladoc, Short Term DisabilityMatching 401kFriendly office staff!Visiting Angels is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
