Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of type and level of positions, which are assigned based on business need. This could include entry-level positions to leadership positions, specifically within Technology. You will also be required to support coordination and program-based efforts across the talent enterprise, ensuring our core team is as effective as possible. So, this role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude about tackling anything that comes your way as a Striver. Our focus is on experience (to both hiring managers and candidates), dynamic sourcing strategies and overall quality productivity ensure that we are much more than just a recruiting team…. we are true business partners consulting with our Strive Leaders to ensure a quality talent match.
Essential Functions:
Strategic sourcing (passive/active) & planning
Effective use of technology, and consulting and relationship building skills
A Care for Each Other First mind-set while delivering on forecasting hiring of quality talent
Demonstrated success in “all things recruitment,” meeting, and exceeding, metric expectations and timely completion of team deliverables/projects
Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly preferred
Minimum of 1 years experience in recruiting and/or 2 years’ experience in Human Resources required
Tech recruiting experience required; renal and/or value-based care experience preferred
Minimum of 1 years experience in high volume recruiting department managing high traffic flow and multiple position/discipline openings preferred
Prior experience with electronic applicant tracking systems strongly preferred
Experience in staffing agency preferred
Business travel
Annual Salary Range: $77,040.00-$94,160.00
