SAP SD Senior Consultant/Consultant
Acting as the primary point of contact with Customer, Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications,
Specialist with expertise in technology/industry domain/a process / application / product
Effectively collaborate with project stakeholders (business sponsors, IT leadership, subject matter experts, architects, project management, line management, etc.) in producing technical solutions and designs that meets enterprise requirements
Possess excellent communication skills in English, as well as good presentation and documentation skills
Job Descriptions:
Handling L2/L3 Tickets/requests from customers
Participation in the implementation of developmental cross-module projects
Implementation of solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation of functional consultants
Cooperation with consultants from the following areas: ABAP, logistics, sales, finance and controlling
Requirements:
Primary responsibility is to support SD module on day to day issues and change requests.
Ø Working with core users for testing and implementation of break fix issues and enhancements in the production system.
Ø Excellent Business Process understanding of Sales, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Rebates, Packing, Shipment, STO, EDI, Invoice, Outputs, Texts, Account Determination, Taxation, MRP, Integration with MM,FI,PP.
Ø Exposure on SD/EDI, SD/LE, SD/VC ( Variant Configuration) is an added advantage.
Ø Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmap and integrate seamlessly with other platform components
Ø Support ongoing development for existing projects/applications and should be able to work independently and should have the ability to guide the team.
Ø To identify test scope, perform testing, maintain training & technical design documentation
Ø Team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, focus on efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed, and communicate productively with clients
Ø Should be hands-on working with the onsite-offshore team.
Ø Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones.
Ø Flexible to work in US EST hours and or based on customer requirement.
Ø well versed with support methodologies and AMS projects.
