Job Description : MILL CREEK WELLNESS CENTERCHIROPRACTIC – MASSAGE – FUNCTIONAL REHABILITATIONWe are looking for a friendly, experiencedoffice assistant. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling for 9+ providers(chiropractors, massage therapists, and certified athletic trainers), following prescriptions and insurance guidelines, handling incoming and outgoing referrals, checking in/out patients, collecting payments, verifying and explaining insurance benefits to patients, addressing emails and fax, and answering phones. Our office is very busy, so ability to multi-task and being detail oriented is a must!! Schedule has flexibility, it can be 40 hours/week, but also willing to accommodate part time. Health insurance offered to full-time, chiropractic care for all employees. Semiannual performance reviews with bonuses. Office hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 8-6:30, and Friday 8-2:00, no weekend hours. Our office is located in the lovely Mill Creek Town Center.Chiropractic experience required. Chirotouch Software knowledge a plus! Must be able to start training asap.
