In addition to facilitating connections with high school friends, Classmates also features the largest library of digitized yearbooks available anywhere on the Internet, to help members reconnect, reminisce, engage, and plan reunions with alumni.We are looking for an experienced, passionate, email expert who is not afraid to think outside the box to deliver best in class email experiences as Marketing Manager, Email. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engaging customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. You will be an owner and expert in email analytics & provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and creativity to optimize & grow the program.Responsibilities: Digging deep into analytics & customer data, develop and optimize communications in promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered email campaigns, driving engaging experiences with our brand and products.Identify, measure, and regularly report on KPIs. Develop a deep understanding of what drives our email program performance & develop recurring and ad-hoc reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.Continuously improve the email program capabilities & process. Be proactive, creative, & collaborative in driving email marketing operation improvements with automation & standardization.Establish a rigorous test & learn approach, experimenting with content, cadence, segmentation, and personalization to consistently improve email metrics.Track and manage email deliverability, ensuring we follow best practices, staying on top of new technology and trends, and consistently testing new ways to resurrect dormant users.Collaborate with Product & Customer Insights team to launch new products, test messaging, and measure customer sentiment.Desired Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading lifecycle, email, or engagement marketingSuccessful track record of developing and executing successful retention, engagement, and resurrection strategies, including measuring and delivering on targetsData master, with demonstrated experience using customer insights and data to drive communication strategy via tools like Google Analytics, Microstrategy, etcExperience in email deliverability best practices & tools, with a track record of monitoring and optimizingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyNice to have: previous experience with online subscription modelsEducation/Qualifications: BA/BS or similar education/experiencePeopleConnect, Inc. dba Classmates is an equal opportunity employerJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
