We are looking to fill our open position for an Inside Sales Manager.Inside Sales Manager Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales team. The goal for the Inside Sales Manager is to be able to build and train a high-performance inside sales team that delivers high customer satisfaction.The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire inside sales administration process. This person will need to have strong interpersonal and team skills, as they will interact with all internal departments and external customers. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. In addition, this person will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to juggle many projects and needs simultaneously. We expect this candidate to be data-driven and continuously improve their team and function.Responsibilities: Manage the inside sales teamManage/schedule workflow for their staffAbility to manage and execute order entry into the MRP systemBuild customer relationships with customers via phone, fax, e-mail and in-personSuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processCoordinate department projects to meet deadlinesReport on inside sales metrics and suggest improvementsUse customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or productsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagementBuild an open-communication environment for your teamLiaise with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and increase salesQualifies business prospects and develops lead funnel to convert any new leadsWorks with Purchasing as needed for sourcing and product availabilityPrepare quotes of various size for our customers and follow through to completion and deliveryOther duties as assigned by direct supervisor or General ManagerQualifications: 2+ years of Inside Sales Management experience, required2+ years managing and growing a teamHands-on experience managing and using a CRM softwareWorks comfortably in a variety of ERP systemsFluent in Microsoft Office products, in particular, ExcelAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWork in a fast-paced environmentIn-depth understanding of the inside sales administration processExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeBS or BA degree in Business Administration or similar or similar work experienceLocation: Tacoma, Washington (Renton, Washington office on occasion)Salary DOEJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Tacoma, WA 98421: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
