Position : Maintenance Manager – Toppenish, WA
Job Description : The function of this position is to administer the MRO Parts Room System and review all purchase orders for the Toppenish and Yakima facilities.· This position is the facilitator for the new MRO Parts Room Systems for both the Yakima and Toppenish Facilities and provides training to personnel. This position also purchases and maintains an inventory of parts and MRO supplies.· This position will assume Shift Manager responsibilities during the processing season in Toppenish only. This will include providing coverage for any one of (3) production shifts.· Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities include: Ensure product safety, quality and legality through enforcement of company policy and regulatory standards. Enforce company quality standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesSpecific areas of responsibility:Reporting directly to this role: (1) MRO Parts Room Clerk in Toppenish, (1) MRO Parts Room Clerk in YakimaAdministers the MRO Purchasing System at both Toppenish and Yakima.Assumes Shift Manager responsibilities during the processing season in Toppenish.Directs and coordinates activities that result in control and accuracy of purchasing records.Generates SRM/SAP purchase orders.Facilitates the MRO Parts Room systems to purchase parts and capture maintenance cost data on all equipment.Works with supervisors to assist in creating a preventative maintenance schedule for all plant equipment and that all PM’s and work orders get inputted into the CMMS system.Ensures MRO Parts are checked out and tied to Maintenance Work Orders.Supervises the MRO Room Clerks to maintain 5-S standards at all times.Directs MRO cycle counts.Works with Supervisors to assist with obtaining budgetary quotes for capital and non-recurring projects.Ensures product safety through development, review, and enforcement of company policies.Ensures compliance with local state, federal and corporate food safety regulatory standards.Reviews and enforces company quality standards provided by facility, regional and corporate quality authorities.Works closely with the finance department to develop/maintain finance records for month/year end close.Works with Supervisors to bring MRO levels to actual needs and establishes Min/Max parts levels.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,874.00 – $121,120.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOn callOvertimeWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
