Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY Our dental practice needs a new manager. Our office manager has retired after 15 years and we are searching for a kind, experienced and capable office manager to work with our team.We work with one Dr. and two hygiensts and we are a close “family.” If you would like to join our family practice we would love to meet you.The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations, staffing, and finances of the practice and ensures systems and protocols are in place and effective.You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of the staff, the financial health of the company, community outreach, and marketing. Generally, the Practice Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the vision and systems as set by the CEO or practice owner. Other duties include facilities management, strategic planning and goal setting with the practice owners, and assuring the overall patient satisfaction and goodwill of the practice.RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of Personnel Resources – Hiring, motivating, developing, and directing people, identifying the best people for the job, issuing discipline, and following HR rules and regulations.Plan for staffing needs, recruit and interview candidates, conduct background checks, hire new employees, and develop employee retention and engagement.Maintain a professional work environment.Onboard new employees, conduct orientation sessions, relay the vision of the practice, and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs;Monitor patient flow and staff allocation to meet patient needs and maximize doctor time.Coordinate absences and time off requests.Observe and evaluate workers’ performance and appearance to ensure quality service and compliance with policies.Schedule and lead any department meetings.Prepare, monitor, and track operational reports and key vitals of the company to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Oversees billing and collection processes.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice.Knowledge of billing codes and understanding of insurance plans are necessary.Speaking Russian fluently is a plus but not required.BENEFITS: Generous compensation, 401k with a 3% matching contribution, PTO, paid holidays, medical insurance; we pay 50% of the premium, dental care, and a great team.COVID: We are committed to maintaining the safest work environment possible and strictly adhere to all CDC, OSHA, and ADA requirements.If you feel you meet these criteria, we invite you to send your resume, cover letter, and references to the above email address.
