Job Description : Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneDuties/Responsibilities: Monitors entrances/exits as well as sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspiciousGathers theft indicators and uses internal or external intelligence to impact shortage trends.Effectively communicates to the Store Management Team and ORC Investigator.Adheres to Company policy for external theft incidents.Executes all Company Best Practices.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.Excellent Customer service skills.Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.Must be able to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations for security positions, including but not limited to, additional background screening, physical examination, fingerprinting and/or drug and alcohol testing.Education and Experience: High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.One year loss prevention/security training preferred.Active Security Guard License a must.Physical Requirements: Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and occasionally moving around the Store.Must be able to raise or lower objects more than 25 lbs., from one level to another (includes upward pulling).Must be able to regularly bend, stoop, or crouch (frequency and duration will vary per daily business need).Triumph Protection Group Key Attributes: Communicates respectfully to all team members, vendors, and clients.Models a positive attitude.Actively listens to others and supports the team environment.Asks questions and learns from mistakes.Executes tasks with minimal errors in a timely and efficient manner.Attendance is consistent and meets or exceeds company standards.EEO STATEMENT: Triumph Protection Group, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
