Job Description : Project CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to join Exeltech Consulting, Inc a leading, multi-discipline engineering consulting firm, in our Lacey or Seattle, WA office.Job Description:Prepare and monitor all project budgetsWork closely with multiple Project Managers on budget preparation, monthly invoicing, preparing progress reports to accompany invoicesAbility to prioritize work and handle multiple assignments with time constraintsCoordination of contracts, invoicing with sub consultantsQualificationsAssociates degree or 3 years of prior client billing, or general accountingExceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work on a highly professional level with clients, and internal team members.Problem solver with an interest in making effective impact on qualityKnowledge of the A&E industry requiredExeltech is an established & growing structural/civil engineering, environmental & construction management services consulting firm in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
