Job Description : Sales & Office AdminDescription:We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Rep/Admin Assistant to join our team! In this position, you will report to the Owner while working directly with all areas of the company. Our landscaping company has been around for over 25 years and we are growing like a weed (see what we did there?) so we need your help! Our office is laid back and relaxed and we want a team member that can enjoy our atmosphere, have fun, and get the job done. Sense of Humor is a must!Duties Include:· Keep our Clients Happy – Answer incoming client phone calls and emails· Making the Jobs Official- Review and create proposals, leads, and other paperwork· Grammar Police – Generate and proofread business correspondence· Keep Track of our Jobs – Maintain and enter project information into tracking system, maintain and manage our client files· Network and help us find Great People to work with – Work with outside vendors· Keep the Money Rolling In – Handle Client POs· Keep Us Organized – Maintain and manage digital filing system and hard copy filing system as necessary· Keep our Employees Happy –Manage and organize office supplies and snacks.
