The Director of Outpatient Clinics will be joining a state-of-the-art, 25 patient bed hospital that is home to numerous inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, heart care, pregnancy and childbirth, and most commonly, orthopedic and bariatric surgery with an impressive inpatient and outpatient pharmacy. This Director of Outpatient Clinics will act as the primary internal and external administrator for all clinic operations including orthopedics, primary care, and visiting specialties. Responsibilities in this role include management of finances and budgeting, data analysis, customer services, and maintenance of clinic policies and procedures.
This experienced Director of Clinics will be joining a rock-star team that offers clinic services consisting of preventative and internal medicine, pediatrics, allergy injections, vaccinations, obstetrics, and in-house testing. As Director of Outpatient Clinics, this individual will have oversight of day-to-day management of compliance review, clinic-administration, staff-support, customer service issues, and financial planning.
