Job Description : An exciting opportunity is now available for a Nurse Manager Quality and Patient Experience in Pacific Northwest Area non profit Medical Center.
The Manager of Quality will report to the Director of Quality and Patient Safety. In this position you will get to lead a team of tenured analysts making sure daily operations of the department are fulfilled. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with the Medical Director, consult with Risk Management and Utilization Management.
The Quality Manager will develop metrics in quality and patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and acts as an expert resource for all hospital departments.
This Hospital is looking for a Quality Manager who can strive to keep their Quality Ranking and exceed expectations every year. The Performance Improvement Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor care experience through teaching individuals, departments, and interdisciplinary teams in identifying each patient’s needs and care. The Manager of Care Experience and Quality will track outcomes, disseminate data and contribute to sustainability of systems care experience initiatives. The Quality Manager will also create trainings, will facilitate meetings, and direct sessions with leaders, managers and staff. Experience surveys, data logging, and course correction planning will also play a huge part in the role.
