The EU Sarasota campus is seeking results-oriented, energetic individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and who have effective decision making skills and customer service experience.Registrar: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: serving as custodian of student academic records; assuring the proper entry, storage, retrieval, mailing, and maintenance of all academic records of the University.The Registrar is responsible for the following: · Daily operations of the Office of the Registrar· Adhering to federal guidelines as stated in FERPA· Verifications during the enrollment process (transcripts and admissions documentation)· Process Transcript Requests and monitor Transfer Evaluation process· Maintaining accurate paper and electronic student files and official documentation· Building and maintaining student course/program schedules for the campus· Monitor student status in schoolQualifications: · Bachelor’s degree is required· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment· Excellent customer service· Excellent spoken and written communication skills· Strong interpersonal skills· Veteran Affairs and International Student experience preferred· Excellent attention to detailExcellent Organizational Skills· Proficient computer skillsThis is a full-time position that requires day and evening availability.
