Job Description : Private Personal Assistant We are seeking a Private Personal Assistant to work directly for the married business owners. The Personal Assistant will perform clerical and administrative functions for the respective business as well as run household errands etc.Responsibilities: Ability to work in an independent, organized manner with the utmost confidentiality.Handle confidential information/documents with discretion.Help with household items and run errands.Creating and maintaining calendars: Scheduling personal appointments including medical, veterinary, car, home and household staff maintenance.Travel coordination (International and Domestic), itineraries and arrange for personal preferences across flights, hotel, and car servicesLiaison with Financial Advisors to establish financial plans, budgeting, expenses and bill payCommunicate effectively and respectfully with personal contacts, family, staff and vendorsManage and organize events, research and source gifts, experience, and moreFlexible and accommodating approach to the job; willing to respond to mobile phone and email requests out of office hours, as neededExperience with Word and Excel and accounting software.Email.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeAbility to commute/relocate:Jacksonville, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
