Job Description : Unit Description:

Sodexo is looking to hire three Client Relations Support Manager. Will provide support to the CREs to establish strong retention focused behaviors in areas where Client For Life. This position will utilize various technologies including SoForce and SMS to ensure data reporting is a fair and accurate reflection of the business. Also, implementation of B2B and B2C best practices and support of relationship survey initiatives that are aligned with the company’s growth and retention strategy.
This is a remote position, and the successful candidate may office anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the completion of project plan tasks for CCX projects, reporting on status and tracking issue logs
Work with segment marketing to create and maintain satisfaction surveys and reporting platform
Act as main point of contact between Sodexo and the survey vendor
Completion of pre-launch tasks including survey questionnaire testing, user management, and validating segment data for survey invitations
Accountable for CFL activities tracking and follow up and ensure that the correct parties update their completion in the appropriate platform
Utilize SoForce to help plan and complete activity and managed view on the activity completed within Segment. Ensure, where required, that the relevant operators own the data for which they are responsible.

Compensation $70,000 – 90,000
Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President, Client Relations-NorAm, the position will have regular connection to the CREs in the segments they while developing strong connection with the Global Client Retention Community. Will provide support to the CREs to establish strong retention focused behaviors in areas where CFL is still establishing. This position will utilize various technologies including SoForce and SMS to ensure data reporting is a fair and accurate reflection of the business.
Follow the defined client retention governance & strategy
Follow defined retention governance in order to track and monitor Clients for Life (CFL) activities completion and concept deployment (Risk, WOI, Follow up steps to CRE client Interviews etc.)
Accountable for CFL activities tracking and follow up and ensure that the correct parties update their completion in the appropriate platform
Utilize SoForce to help plan and complete activity and managed view on the activity completed within Segment. Ensure, where required, that the relevant operators own the data for which they are responsible.
Educate and train operations on client retention challenges & CFL tools
In partnership with Learning & Performance, deploy and monitor Client Retention trainings
Support CREs conducting the training in order to coach Operations and targeted candidates to lead and conduct Client Meetings (Strategic Meeting Facilitation training, training on Ingenium) and support monitoring the newly trained facilitators
Where needed, ensure that operators are fully aware of their needs with all supporting technologies and where gaps are highlighted the appropriate escalations are undertaken
Be the voice of the client internally
Ensure consistency and challenge is present in report documentations (formal, CRM, OnePlan, action plans)
Identify and coach individual operators with historical low retention performance plus be clear on areas of improvement and support needed for all operators associated with Top Clients.
Plan, execute and record debrief sessions with operational teams that identify actions to be taken following insight gained during client interviews. Ensure operational teams close the feedback loop with letters back to all individuals interviewed summarizing key themes. Ensure all planning and follow up is (including the action plan) stored on SoForce and evidence of follow up is captured demonstrating ongoing progress as a result of the FER interview.
Work with the CRE community to understand the role and the processes within.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years
