Position : FT Nanny Needed in Fort Lauderdale Live-in or Live-out
Job Description : Loving parents in Fort Lauderdale are seeking a warm, experienced, professional FT nanny for their child, currently 3 months old. The position is open to both live-in and live-out candidates. This position starts at the end of March/beginning of April.The general schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, with some flexibility needed.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant nanny experience and be nurturing, proactive, honest, trustworthy, flexible, and a full charge nanny while remaining a team player with the parents.There will be some occasional travel to NJ and vacation destinations, approximately 4-5 times a year for a few days or a week. There will be a private bedroom and bathroom available for the nanny.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to everything relating to the children’s care and well-being:Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activitiesBottle feedingsMaintaining the baby’s feeding and sleep scheduleDiaper changes, and keeping up with healthy hygiene practicesSterilizing the baby’s bottles and equipmentEventual meal preparation for the childrenChild’s laundryProactively keeping track of child’s items that need to be restocked and child-related errands.Light housekeeping; keeping the child’s room, toys, running the dishwasher, vacuuming crumbs, and keeping the main spaces of the home where the children play clean and tidyThe candidate must be willing to follow safety guidelines for the remainder of the pandemic.Requirements:5+ years of relevant nanny experienceInfant care experienceAbility to travel on occasionProfessional and proactive with a positive can-do attitude.Legally permitted to work in the U.SClean background checkAble to commit to at least one yearFully vaccinated and willing to get boostedAbility to driveSalary: + / – $25-32 gross hourlyAnnual Benefits: 10 days paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid off on major holidays, and healthcare benefits can be negotiated.
