We work in an exciting, high performance culture and love bringing awesome people to our team!Check out our recruiting videohttps://youtu.be/X3J-2K1Fiu0Join an exceptional company as a part time dispatcher/office admin with opportunity to grow.Minimum Requirements For Consideration: Customer Service Experience (1+ yr)· Skilled in building and maintaining business relationships· Organized / Attention to detail· Ability to multi-task and prioritize· Ability to work well in a team, with management and individually· Strong communication & time management skills· Basic computer skills / Microsoft Word – Excel· Proficient data entry skills· Able to problem solve· Independent· Self-starter· Proactive· Dependable, having reliable transportation & valid drivers license· Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly· Comply with all Company policies & procedures· Working cell phone with internetResponsibilities & Pay include: After hours On Call Phone Dispatcher: Returning phone calls the after hours answering service answered and booking or confirming booking.Hours of availability for on Call: Monday-Friday 5pm-11pmHours of availability for on Call Weekends: 7am-11 pmPay Rate: $50 per week base plus task based pay$10 per “task” (which includes the complete dispatching of one call that comes to you via text: sometimes need to call customer/schedule the apt in scheduling software and notify the technician. Required to respond to notification with in 30 minutes of receiving text. Average time to complete a task is 10 minutes.Average amount of tasks are Monday through Friday 10-15 and Weekends 10-15. Summer demand is much higher than this. Training would be 3 hours for 4 days, then work would be from remote from phone/computer.Position will also have opportunity to take on more task based assignments regarding data entry for task based pay in the future.We offer commission incentives on every phone call as well for signing customer up for maintenance plan, which is an additional $10 per plan sold.Must be in a quiet and controlled environment when making phone calls to customers.Training may be required in person at main office. -Return phone calls to customers attempting to book or needing assistance after normal business hours.-Booking calls in scheduling software and ensuring accuracy.-Notifying the on call technician of the call and routing information.· Always provide our existing and future customers with the highest level of service via phone, text, email and in person.· Other job related tasks as assignedReasons to work at Climate Experts1.)
