Job Description : Seeking an energetic, organized, assistant to support in the inspection of luxury homes and condos in North Naples. Candidate must be customer driven, efficient, detail oriented, with knowledge of concierge services and property management. The candidate must be professional, pro-active with service, trustworthy and reliable.The owner is seeking an assistant; the specifications of the job will include: detailed home inspections, some physical work to arrange/remove indoor and outdoor furniture, vendor supervision, and organize packages/boxes from courier services. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a well rounded understanding of construction and home maintenance, has excellent communication and customer service skills.Duties and Responsibilities: 1. shopping, running errands, shipping mail, and the handling of delivery items2.Informs owner of any malfunctions or damages found during inspections3.
