Position : Photography/Videography Customer Service Representatives
Job Description : Sykes is looking for 3 Customer Service Representatives to provide product and technical troubleshoot support for Imaging Products. This position will be answering frontline phone, chat and sms contacts directly from customers. You will also handle escalation contacts.
Time will be split as follows:
Answering/Responding to Customer Contacts via Phone, Chat and SMS
70%
Answering/Responding to Customer Contact Escalations via Phone, Chat and SMS from other support agents.
25%
Providing Feedback on Contact Escalations to enable continuous improvement
5%
Skills required:
Photography/Videography
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Call Center/Customer Service and Support
Computer Skills (Mac/PC)—Photography Software i.e., Lightroom, Photoshop or similar
A customer excellence focused personality and patience
