Job Description : Description:As a Sourcing Manager within Citi’s Global Strategic Sourcing function, you will be supporting a high-performing Enterprise Sourcing team that identifies and leads complex, cross-functional strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives supporting the Trade and Transaction Services team within the Institutional Clients Group. Categories include but are not limited to IT Professional Services, Outsourced Services, Software, Banking Operations and Financial Services.The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiating contracts in a multinational organization.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Establish strong relationships with internal business stakeholders; build a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and / or spend categories.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding for Citi’s policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting and ongoing management, ensuring all requirements are met and documented throughout the end-to-end process.Develop, implement and manage robust market analysis / benchmarking processes; leverage key insights to inform and support business, category and project strategies.Perform financial analysis including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact analysis and benchmark comparisons.Develop, lead and/or manage a robust portfolio of sourcing initiatives across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process.Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high value and complex multi-year dealsLead contract negotiations, partnering with Legal and business function, to optimize overall value including financial outcomes, service levels and risk mitigation.Manage key supplier relationships with a focus on quality, service, delivery, risk and costs.Lead support for cross functional teams in developing and executing sourcing projects, supplier management strategies, and complex contract negotiationsAppropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an accredited College or University; MBA preferred7+ years of previous Sourcing, Contracting and / or Business-related experience; Significant experience in the sourcing of relevant products and services is a plus.Knowledge and experience with Procurement applications (e.g. eRFx, eAuction, P2P)Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organizationFinancial Services industry experience is a plusProven track record of leading large, complex sourcing and / or contracting initiativesExcellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong financial modeling and deal structuring skillsTakes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiativesHigh integrity and ethics.Demonstrated strategic sourcing/procurement, stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skillsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Education:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $50.00 – $68.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Sourcing, Contracting: 7 years (Required)Procurement applications: 1 year (Required)Financial Services industry: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One locationSpeak with the employer+91 +1(575) 265-3205
