Working in the Medical Marijuana industry requires a positive attitude and hard work ethic, it is rewarding and opportunity for advancement is a huge part of who we are.We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate with have experience in the healthcare and medical industry with a background as a medical sales, medical/clinical assistant or similar work experience. The Patient Care Specialist will deal with the current clients on a regular basis. Duties will include taking detailed notes and information about patient inquires, updating client information on their health records, answering questions and acting as a liaison between the patients and the doctor. You will have other light office administration duties, filing paperwork, keeping up to date information with the Florida Department of Health, drafting formal correspondence and sending emails.Palm Beach Gardens is our headquarters as we open more offices around the state. You will be coordinating with patients and providing them with continued care, up to date industry recommendations, and medication reminders on the phone. As the Patient Care Specialist you will handle existing patient inquiries, patient concerns, rescheduling requests while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals in a team atmosphere. You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Doctor in seeing patients as effectively as possible. Must be able to self start and take the lead on projects. A winning and positive attitude even when dealing with difficult patients is a must! The office is open 6 days a week so some weekend work will be required.The schedule is Monday – Friday (9am – 7pm) and one Saturday per monthWe offer a great work environment in the largest growing industry in the country and have huge room for advancement for those that show determination.
