JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for Technical Project Coordinator for the America Region to help the implementation projects of Cargoes Runner in North and Latin America region. Also, prepare a project tracker to identify tasks and milestones that are required to orchestrate across all the stakeholders in the desired region and that “connects the dots” between technical and business demands, and coordinate the activities with relevant teams to ensure customer success.The role requires to prioritize the activities based on need of the listed priories from the key stakeholders. Circulate/send regular status reports with detailing the status for all key milestones, the mitigations for every potential risk.3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead the discussion with all the stakeholders to deeply understand the various activities.Prepare, Plan and track the activity/task/milestone-based project plan.Conduct regular meetings with the stakeholders, update the activities/tasks and minute the meetings and share the action plan/project plan regularly.Coordinate with all relevant teams to address the updates for all the tasks.Build relationships with all the relevant partners.Circulate/send regular status reports with detailing the status for all key milestones, the mitigations for every potential risk.OTHERAct as an ambassador for DP World always when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Our Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policiesPerform other related duties as assigned.5.
