Job Description : Essential Job Responsibilities and DutiesWork with cross functional teams to manage products and servicesAnalyze market conditions and portfolio data to recommend rent price for homesLead requirement gathering interfacing with customer and technical teamsCreate, review, and update functional requirements and high-level workflow technical design documentationMonitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessarySupport internal team members with various questions and answersAbility to provide high level overview and updates to Executive teamsSupport the Asset Management team throughout the lifecycle of the properties or proof of concept phasesCollaborate with various departments to obtain dataUpdate workflow sheets to track progress of functionsCompile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being metObtain third party and save documents in organizations database systemsWork with Management to establish priorities and create requirementsAbility to research new interfaces to adapt to the productAbility to manage the lead gathering teamHighly articulate with an excellent command of both oral and written English.Ability to work independently and make decisionsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum two (2) years of real estate portfolio or other industry pricing experienceSkills/Specialized KnowledgeProfessional verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforceStrong organizational and time-management skills; ability to set, manage and consistently meet goals and deadlinesMust be proactive, self-directed, highly motivated and able to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast- paced, ever changing environment; must be adaptable and flexibleAbility to be a problem solver, deliver solutions-driven workAbility to work independentlyDetail-orientedTeam player, collaborative, responsiveResourceful, self-starterStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to negotiate a contractAbility to safely drive an automobileSafeguard company issued equipmentMaintain a productive calendar – self-manage to accommodate scheduled appointments and project workloadExpert level experience with Excel and SQLExperience with G-Suite environment: Google Drive, Docs, Conference and MailExperience in Power BI a plus, but not requiredRequired Licenses or CertificationsCurrent driver’s license and automobile insuranceOther RequirementsMust maintain professional appearance.Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basisPhysical and Mental DemandsStanding, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of timeSustains substantially recurring movement to fingers, hands, wrists, legs, and feetAbility to lift and/or move an excess of 25 poundsAbility to verbally communicate to exchange informationWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor primarily in an office environmentWork and/or walk on various types of surfacesJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Real Estate Portolio: 2 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
