Job Description : As the Invoice Clerk, you will work onsite with our Metal Sales Manager. Your primary focus will be invoicing for jobs. You will also be responsible for our metal coil documentation. This role supports the metal team by ensuring customers are billed, payments are received in a timely manner, and outstanding invoices are monitored. Additionally, coil documentation is an industry-specific critical component as it tracks metal coil usage and maintains our certification.Responsibilities:Create invoices based on work orders.Ensure customers receive invoices.Monitor outstanding invoices on a monthly basis.Track incoming metal coils and their usageMaintain coil documentation paperwork according to QA Manual for annual audits.Qualifications:Quickbooks experienceStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to function in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptionsJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hourPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Vero Beach, FL 32967: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
