Job Description : One of South Florida’s Commercial Real Estate property owners is looking for an experienced candidate to join the team. Great position with excellent compensation and benefits, as well as exceptional upside!President of Operations – Position Summary: The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of day-to-day corporate operations including leasing, staff management and acquisition functions of various commercial assets in the firm’s real estate investment portfolio.The focus of this position will be the asset management of commercial and retail properties with additional responsibilities for capital projects.The ideal candidate will be experienced in evaluating real estate and tenant underwriting and adept at handling high-level owner and broker communications, relationships and negotiations. Experience as a Paralegal would be a plus, but not necessary.Additionally, the candidate will bring experience and expertise in sourcing, underwriting and negotiating the acquisition of a wide variety of retail real estate assets.The individual will coordinate and manage the execution of each asset’s business plan and be responsible for all aspects of the property’s life cycle post-acquisition, with the goal of maximizing asset value and efficiency.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
