Job Description : Department/Group:Operations/ProductionManager:Production ManagerLocation:Altamonte Springs, FLTravel:NoLevel/Salary Range:HourlyPosition Type:Full TimeHR Contact:HR ManagerStart Date:ImmediateTraining Provided (Y/N):YES (internal-may offer additional education)Procedure Reference(s):ISO Standards, Internal Employee Handbook, Inventory Operating Procedure Manual, Dynamic GP 2013 R2 Manual.Department Director:Disclosed during interviewRole and ResponsibilitiesSupports in all areas of inventory, such as monthly stock counts, stocking, restocking, month end reconciliations, and preparation of assembly kits.Performs daily cycle counts as necessaryCoordinate inventory requirements for planning purposes.Fulfill internal inventory transfers between departments.Receive, record and stock raw material and finished good inventory.Account for scrap material, inventory surplus, damaged customer material, vendor and internal discrepancies.Ship and/or receive assembly to and from outside vendors/customers.Follow internal procedures for counting/handling vacuum sealed materials in a timely manner.Qualifications and Education RequirementsExperience of 5 years or more in Inventory and/or Manufacturing.Experience in handling electronic material (capacitors, resistors, IC’s, etc.) is mandatoryAssociate Degree (experience over education will be considered).Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Manufacturing and Electronic Material terms and definitions.Ability to lift 50 pounds without limitation.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains or SAP type software.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).Basic data entry, related to inventorySelf-starter with minimal supervision.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills with focus on deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.Reviewed By:Date:Approved By:Date:Last Updated By:Date:Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Altamonte Springs, FL 32701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
