Job Description : Start Auto Finance is fast growing, and we are hiring an experienced Data Manager to help us keep growing.The candidate needs to have a strong aptitude for technology and have excellent troubleshooting skills. The role of a data manager is to supervise the company’s numerous data systems and networks. Duties include organizing, storing, and analyzing company data as professionally and effectively as possible, while also safeguarding the company’s security and confidentiality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement policies and procedures for data management and archiving to ensure legal and company regulations.Design and develop databases that are compatible with company needs.Compare and analyze provided statistical information to identify patters, relationships, and problems.Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data.Assess system performance and make recommendations for software, hardware, and data storage improvements.Manage all incoming data files.Continually develop data management strategies.Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security systems to protect delicate and confidential information.Assist in setting milestones and timelines.Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all data.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related filed.A minimum of 3 plus years’ experience in data management or analysis.An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.Able to compile and organize statistical information retried and present findings to management.Strong computer skills and ability to explain processes or choices needed.Experience working with private and sensitive personal information.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,500.00 – $90,700.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Data management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
