Up to $8,000 in relocation expenses available*OUR GROWING SOUTH FLORIDA DEALERSHIP HAS A GROWING SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND COLLISION CENTER ALONG WITH A SIGNIFICANT USED CAR OPERATION THAT NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT. OUR IDEAL MANAGER WILL BE A SELF STARTER AND TEAM BUILDER. THEY KNOW HOW TO MANAGE INVENTORY AND EXECUTE PROPER OEM PROCEDURES TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY AND PROFITABILITY. EXCELLENT PAY PLAN, BENEFIT PACKAGE AND SUPPORT TEAM TO HELP YOU REACH AND EXCEED YOUR GOALS.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide fast and courteous service to technicians, retail, and wholesale customersInventory ManagementCustomer RelationsPersonnel ManagementReporting / ComplianceHelping to maintain a safe and productive work environmentList and price out parts on repair orders and or counter tickets.Write purchase orders for parts and sublet work as needed from outside suppliers and obtain management approval.Properly input loss and sales into the inventory control system.Maintain records of all special-order parts and notify the person who authorized the order of receipt.Maintain a customer backorder file.Maintain the special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.Help “scrap” parts held for factory claims with the factory representative.Maintain the warranty return parts inventory in a clean and organized manner.Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.Help maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and other technical information and bulletins.Keep work area clean, free of debris, safe and put away loose stock.Proficient in the use of parts catalogs and locations of correctQUALIFICATIONS:Automotive Parts experience REQUIREDKnowledge of automotive repairs and processesPrior management experience preferredReporting experience preferredAvailability to work potentially weekendsEOE/DFWPJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $170,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftHolidaysWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
