As specialists, we perform 3 services to Nursing Homes including healthcare housekeeping, management in laundry processing, and full Dietary services. Our dedication to quality, exceptional customer service, and unequivocal results allow us to provide the best outcomes to our clients.Job Summary:Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Director of Operations plans objectives for the region and ensures Directors are in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals. Responsible for the setup, overall operation, growth and profitability of the region. This role will provide leadership for Nursing Home accounts in the Orlando Florida market where we manage both Food & Environmental Services at each account.Key Responsibilities: Provides operational and logistical support for assigned line of businessParticipates in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives for the assigned regionDevelops and maintains annual budget and forecasts for assigned region; monitors financial reports of the region to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Corporate goalsDevelops, recommends and implements policies and procedures of the region to ensure maximum income from existing accountsParticipates in the sales process for the acquisition of new business. Coordinates the development of proposals and contracts. Prepares and conducts presentations to prospective clientsParticipates in client negotiations, and renegotiation of facility contracts. Coordinates documentation of contract changesResponsible for managing client relationships through the management and leadership of multiple operationsVisits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure contract complianceMonitors customer, client and associate satisfaction surveys. Conducts audits, surveys, and assessments to ensure company policies and procedures are followedCompletes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlinePreferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Food Services, or Hospitality Management; Master’s Degree preferred; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have prior multi-unit support services/hospitality/food & nutrition services management; open in setting (i.e. healthcare, country club, restaurant, etc.)Minimum of 5 years’ Director level experience in food service managementMust be willing to travel heavily within region of coverageMust have experience managing multi-million dollar volume accounts/regionStrong track record of driving customer satisfactionProven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environmentProven ability to mentor and develop team membersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsApply to R & K today Please email your resume to R & K is an equal opportunity employer.
