At our office, we have a strong culture of purpose, accountability, growth, and are looking for people that embody those values working in a team atmosphere.Job Description*This is an in-house position in Jacksonville, FL*Yellowbird’s Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tone and design of all outward communication from the company. Engaging with Jacksonville’s local real estate community is a vital role that needs to be carried out in a professional, intentional manner. This includes but is not limited to: being an advisor to Yellowbird Connect team, approving PR correspondence, overseeing Social Media posts, and ordering Yellowbird team gear.Responsibilities: Establish brand guidelines which encompass the overall vision and goals of the company.Oversee social media presence, marketing materials and networking events to ensure consistent brand design and messaging.Develop new outreach programs, business, and volunteer opportunities.Brainstorm concepts and tactics, partner with businesses in the community to strengthen the Yellowbird’s presence.Implement and showcase the Yellowbird Mission, Purpose, and Vision through video, written, and image content on all social media platforms both internally and externally.Showcase the Yellowbird culture through video, written, and image content on all social media platforms.Building relationships with key business, trade and tech outlets to proactively pitch and place coverage supporting Yellowbird’s corporate business narrative.Serving as a day-to-day Comms point of contact for internal partners and all inhouse teamsDrafting and updating communications strategy and messaging materials, including Appointment Folder content, advertising, briefing decks, Connect decks and fact sheets.Experience Required: Applicant should have 5+ years of experience in PR/Communications.Applicant should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s DegreeWork Location: One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
