Job Description : SMTC is hiring for a Corporate Trainer in Melbourne, FL!

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational training and development needs; and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers and leaders. Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals. Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on all training outcomes, and maintain training records for the company. Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience. Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training. Inform employees of scheduled training and track their progress. Must be comfortable traveling 50% of the time
Education and Experience for the Corporate Trainer: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field A minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development management Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong track record in developing and executing successful training programs. Experience building or creating online/virtual material for multiple users (i.e. Virtual Reality, Youtube content, online course curriculums, etc) via technology platforms or applications on mobile devices or computers
