Position : Resort Manager
Job Description : We are offering you a great opportunity in property management with a company that has been a leader in the field for over 25 years! Looking for a Resort Manager for an oceanfront vacation rental resort. Must have two or more years of Resort Management experience, excellent organizational skills, bookkeeping experience/knowledge, and the ability to comprehend company financials/budgets/reserve analysis. CAM and Real Estate licenses preferred but not required.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Prepare for and attend all Board Meetings- Prepare and send all required reports to the State- Employee scheduling/performance reviews- Bookkeeping: Review A/R & miscellaneous income spreadsheets, reports, etc. Prepare monthly journal entries, including payroll, and balance bank statements. Monitor/maintain bank account balances and make transfers as needed.
