Position : HR Coordinator
Job Description : We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties, from maintaining our employee HRIS system to employee engagement.An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.QualificationsHR Coordinator skills we are looking for include excellent organization ability, hands on use of Payroll and HR software, microsoft office experience and preferably bilingual. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire, and retain our employees.ResponsibilitiesNew hire orientation and employee recognition programs, so employees feel equipped, supported, and connected to our mission and culture.Spearhead the employee engagement by coordinating and planning special events.Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.Compile and update employee records (hard and electronic copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training, performance evaluations etc.)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)Communicate with public services when necessary.SkillsProven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position, including payroll.Computer skills (MS Office )Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMSBasic knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $27.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: One location
