Should be a quick learner with great organization, flexibility, and never sit back waiting for someone to give another task.Experience in e-commerce operations, fashion, and/or retail is preferred.Must be located in Gainesville, FL. The office – studio is close to the UF campus. Must be able to work during Summer 2022.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Manage e-commerce and wholesale orders. You must have exceptional organizational and procedural skills with accuracy.- Shipping: assembling cardboard boxes; picking and carefully packaging finished items; creating shipping labels and invoices.- Receiving: signing for inbound packages; counting of received goods to ensure invoice accuracy; doing inventory, storing goods; and breaking down shipping boxes.- Customer service. You must have clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.- Organize the studio and assist the production team with tasks like storing fabrics and trims. You must enjoy putting things in order and ensuring the accuracy of small (but critical) details.- Process exchanges and returns.- Handle designer clothes: steam, fold, and store garments.- Sales reports.Other details:- Must have a positive and patient attitude, especially under pressure or during tight deadlines.- Proficient in Windows, Google docs,/Microsoft office.- Photography and photo editing skills a plus.- Interest or experience in the e-commerce, fashion, or bridal industry.- This position uses a computer continuously.- Compensation per hour is based on experience.- We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and welcome job applications from all qualified individuals without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, or gender identity.
