Job Description : Hiring solar installers for a rapid growing solar company. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work. Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not necessary as we do provide hands on training. Depending on experience and work ethic determines the pay.Skills: You must be able to work on roofs and inside of attics, lift up to 50lbs, work outside, have a positive attitude and work well with others.Tools: Tools are preferred but if you do not have any, we offer a tool allowance. Required tools within the first 30 days of employment are: Impact Drill, Hammer Drill, Prybar, Hammer, Screwdriver set and Tape measure.Job Type: Full-timePay: $500.00 – $2,000.00 per weekBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Construction: 1 year (Preferred)PV Install: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
