Job Description : Assistant Community Manager What are we looking for?· Excellent Customer Service and attention to curb appeal· Accountable for all property collections· Ensures that all Rents are collected when due and posted daily· Ensures lease files are completed and that the property is in performing effectively all times.· Maintain organized records on all aspects of management activity· Coordinating maintenance work orders, turns and property budget control· Addressing resident concerns in professional manner.· Minimum of 1 YEAR of property management experience· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills· Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines· Computer literate with both Word and Excel· Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitudeWhat is it like to work for our company?1.
