Job Description : Job descriptionMedia AssistantFat Free Media, Inc. is seeking an entry-level media assistant for our office located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Our ideal candidate has an interest in media & advertising and is looking to gain knowledge and experience to grow their career. The Media Assistant will help place, manage and report on TV, Radio, & digital ad campaigns for major clients across the country. Media Assistants work closely with the Media Buyers and have the opportunity to develop critical media industry skills and utilize them in a variety of tasks.This position will provide administrative support to our media buying team, assisting on advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Opportunity for growth and promotion within the agency. Media-related experience is a plus.Responsibilities: Assist Media Buyers to develop, execute and monitor media campaignsHelp prepare internal and client-facing reports/presentationsPull and monitor campaign dataConduct in-depth market research to collect useful media dataResolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors and stationsCommunicate with media outlets via telephone or email throughout US and CanadaData entry of media rates, data, spot logs and other information as neededActively participate in meetings/brainstorming sessionsGeneral office duties, as neededThis position is an in-office position.
