Job Description : We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR to interact with patients in the following responsibilities, but not limited to:· Main goal to make patient happyCustomer service experienceAnswering phone callsAssist confirming appointmentsRespond emails, text messages, phone calls and voicemailsAssist with possible changes in the Schedule/Update ScheduleProcess and follow up payments arrangements dailyReport to Billing any finances issues with patientsEnd of the day financial report/closure of the day-Deliver end of the day report to Bookkeeper/Office ManagerCheckout patient · – Collect Copayment/Co Insurance – Post patient’s payments to proper providerSchedule next visit appointmentAssist presenting finances /treatment plan to patients ·Offer finances options to patientsJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftRotating weekendsSupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Mask is required at all timesEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
