Job Description : Social Media Influencer Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Media Influencer Coordinator who is well-versed in all things related to social media, influencer marketing and digital content. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage social media content calendars and daily posting
Coordinate and schedule content from external partners – retail partners and influencers
Coordinate and schedule content from internal partners – HQ and Trade Marketing
Manage monthly social giveaways
Respond and engage with digital community on social platforms
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments – content, ecommerce, supply chain, customer service
Prepare monthly performance reports for social media and influencer marketing
Help with coordination of influencer marketing program including contracts, influencer selection, sharing content on owned channels, reporting, UTM tracking
Help with PR efforts – both inbound inquiries and outbound pitching
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a retail industry
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred
Knowledge of social media scheduling software – currently using Falcon
Knowledge of social media content editing and familiarity with video editing a plus
Experience with influencer marketing – execution and software
PR experience a plus
Knowledge of food and a personal passion for cooking a strong plus
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Highly collaborative
