Job Description : Chefs International is a Jersey Shore based hospitality company looking for a talented Marketing & Social Media Associate to support their fast-paced growing group of restaurants. You will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing initiatives for a variety of brands across multiple channels including print, social media, web and events. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hard-working, team player and creative thinker who can successfully engage with the Chefs International community. This person should be an excellent communicator with a strong sense of design that is willing to collaborate, take feedback and learn on the job.Must Have:- Experience in Social Media Management- Ability to Deliver Creative Content (Text, Image and Video)- Knowledge of Marketing/Advertising- Knowledge of Graphic Design (Experience in Adobe Creative Suite)- Knowledge of Creative Writing- Availability outside of normal business hours when necessary(events, special promotions, etc.)Nice to Have:- Photography Skills- Knowledge of WordPress- Knowledge of Email Communications- Public Relations ExperienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
