You will tour and learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician.Upon successful completion of new-hire training, initial work schedules are assigned according to demand; often Monday – Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and one Saturday a month working 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids where work schedules are awarded to each employee based upon tenure and performance.
