Position : Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Job Description : Our client, a leading professional services firm, is adding an Administrative Assistant to support their Accounting group.
Responsiblitiles:
Perform operational support activities for the company including compiling reports, furnishing information to internal and external parties and provides general administrative support functions including: webex video conference scheduling, FedEx and standard mailings, coordinating travvel, itinerary preparation, and more
Maintaining accounting team information tables exhibits
Basic administrative functions such as using office machines to print, scan, fax and mail packages
Provide employee business expense reimbursement software support functions including: Auditing company-wide concur expense reports
Provides support for the processing of Intercompany Affiliate Billings: Collecting the documentation back-up to support Intercompany billings.
Preparing Adobe PDF files a completed Intercompany billings with all the appropriate backup.
Provide support to Accounts Payable Team to process payment invoices and/or other activities during periods of high volume of activity.
Requirements:
Good Communication skills
Administrative Assistant Experience
Strong Software Skills – Adobe, Concur, Excel etc ideal
