Job Description : Title: Program Manager; Covid-19 Academic School Year TestingLocation: New Jersey (Camden, Ocean, Burlington, Morris, Salem and Gloucester Counties & School Districts)Hybrid Work Schedule (Local to Central New Jersey, ideally Mercer County & surrounding areas for most centralized commute)Immediate HireOverview:Our client is a biotech/lab company who works with state and local entities to run K-12 COVID-19 testing programs, specifically in New Jersey. We are looking for a Clinical Program Manager to oversee our teams across multiple counties within the state of New Jersey and interface with client leadership, oversight of all coordination efforts regarding scheduling testing shifts with current staff based on the school’s request and manage over 100+ resource, throughout the duration of the program.Qualifications:Project Management experience: leading projects and people (PMP or other certifications are preferred)After hours and weekend support, as neededTravel to designated sites for oversight of the staff in the field to report back to the business on their performance, workflow and efficiencies.When I Work (WiW), user awareness of scheduling tool and/or othersStrong communication skills verbal, written utilizing multiple platformsExcellent documentation skills, tracking and actionable requests take care of real-time for proactive approach vs reactive to stay on top of the current and prepare & be assessable for new changes to comeStrong organizational skills, detailed oriented to successfully execute on tasks/project to meet deliverables/timelines requestedClinical background as an RNExperience in public health and/or epidemiology is preferredResponsibilities include:Oversees all PCs/Regional Site Managers for extra support, and act as the main POC for any and all day of questions, especially during testing from the entire teamProvide all field escalation and support, as neededTrack, validate, and approve all hours for testing teamLeverage hours worked to evaluate team’s bandwidth, and ability to support weekends/off hoursDrive all roll out of technology and trainingOversee all scheduling, change management for resource allocation if needed, ie: backfills, additional volume needed, etc.Attends all meetings to be engaged from the start and understand the program at largeRun resourcing team meetings to give feedback, updates, ect.Drive all change managementAct as a first point of escalation for any issues that arise with the schools/testing program as a wholeCollect and analyze data from the PCs/Regional Site Managers for reporting required back to the appropriate partiesJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:New Jersey: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
