Job Description : Viona Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a generic pharmaceutical company focused on marketing of oral solids and topicals. Viona is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of a global, fully integrated pharmaceutical company, Zydus Lifesciences LtdPosition: The position reports to Manager of Supply Chain.The role involves day to day interaction with the overseas Supply team, Sales team and 3PL services provider with a focus on excellent customer service level.Location: The position is located in Cranford, New JerseyJob Description: · Order Processing and Invoicing.· Maintain customer forecast and analyze customer purchases vis-à-vis forecast· Co-ordinate with 3PL and monitor day to day warehouse, logistics and distribution operations per SLA.· Outbound shipment and data (EDI) delivery tracking· Maintain and update customer master list in conjunctions with Sales, Finance, and IT teams· Respond to customer queries, send periodic reports in a time bound manner· Record, handle and keep track of returns, damages, shortages claim of customers.· Prepare reports for customers, sales team, and management review meetings.· Assist supply chain manager for overall demand management.· Any other duties as assigned by the managementQualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain or BusinessExperience: · 1+ years’ Customer Service or Supply Chain experience preferredPrior experience in pharmaceutical is plusKnowledge & Skills: Excellent MS Excel & Power Point skillsKnowledge and experience of working in SAP systemExceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skillsA strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver high quality customer services on a consistent basis in a time-bound environmentProactive and effective application of the organization’s review and escalation mechanisms to resolve the obstacles and issue.Teamwork and collaborationJob Type: Full-timePay: $48,190.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
