Job Description : This is your opportunity to join the team at one of Bergen County’s premier dealerships.Honda of Tenafly is looking for a talented Human Resource Manager with a proven track record of success, to assume this vital position within the Company.This full-time salaried and exempt position is responsible for managing all daily human resource operations across a broad range of functions.Responsibilities include recruitment, benefits administration, payroll support, report writing, onboarding plans and procedures; including educating new employees, employee relations, leave support and administration, compliance, progressive discipline program administration and general Human Resources administrative functions.A minimum of 3 years Human Resources management experience is required, preferably in a union environment. This candidate needs to be willing to work collaboratively with the balance of the management team.
