This position DOES NOT REQUIRE EXPERIENCE. If you consider yourself a leader, we want you!Come join our Team at Grapevine Pro, and let’s build a movement together!Responsibilities: A well-informed content expert on all services, material, partnerships, & customer relations.A deeply curious leader who sees the value in taking a deep dive into reporting to better understand direct marketing trends & opportunities for driving growth.Continually further your education regarding the solar and roofing industry, leading the way for your team as a content expert on all elements of your marketing.Serve as the conduit between regional sales leadership teams and consultants, relaying all corporate direction to your district marketing team as needed.Actively recruiting and conducting interviews to meet the headcount needs of your district.Proactively identify talent needs and placement opportunities including geographical hiring analysis.Conduct routine hiring events to fill identified open positions and attend bi-weekly to monthly training classes to ensure a proper and thorough onboarding.Coaching and training your team to meet and exceed the standard of our sales process.Managing our schedule to meet the needs of our consultant availability from Marketing and appointment demands.Serve as the conduit between all headquarters teams and your outside consultants, ensuring accuracy of sales, paperwork & relaying all customer communication to reach swift resolution.Receive all methods of communication (i.e.: Email, Calendar, Phone, Voicemail) always, maintaining a swift response time for each.Maintain an acceptable level of sales, as well as meet quality of sale metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually.Conduct personal leads when available, set the example of the best sales person in your district.Execute weekly report analysis assessing hiring needs, sales results, service opportunities, etc. compiling findings and communicating to executive leadership teams.Lead monthly 30. 60. 90. & annual review assessments with consultant’s as their tenure dictates.Facilitate routine sales meetings and conference calls, aligning your team with the company expectation, showing recognition, and challenging your team to show continued growth.Continually work with marketing rep’s to ensure constant development of sales approach, confidence, career goals, etc…. (i.e.: Shadowing, retraining, one on one coaching)Manage the day-to-day conduct, adherence, and compliance to company basic expectations.Administer Performance Improvement Plans, write ups & terminations when necessary to all consultant’s.Qualifications: Leadership experience or equivalent.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to appropriately articulate your point of view.Proven track record in talent development and delivering business results.Proven organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing priorities.Ability to travel, including overnight as required with ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.If this sounds like somewhere you would like to take your career to the next level, please review our website www.grapevinepro.com/careers and apply!Grapevine Pro embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
