Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Assists supervisor with the daily operation of the department and assures departmental functions are accurately performed and completed to design new and innovative streamline strategiesNetwork events for high-quality candidates to learn more about CPNJ and potential employment opportunities (open houses, career fairs)Attend outreach events to cultivate current and future prospects, ensuring personalized follow-up with high-quality candidates, convincingly communicating reasons to work at CPNJSource and cultivate candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, etc.Develop partnerships with like-minded organizations to expand the pool of high-quality talentEvaluate applicants at the resume review, phone interview, and video interview stages.Plan and facilitate in-person interviews and sample lessons for final-stage candidates.Liaise with final-stage candidates to ensure they are set up for success.Create a welcoming, comprehensive, and efficient application experience for candidates.Ensure regular and up-to-date tracking of applicant data throughout the recruitment process.Processes termination/resignation paperwork.Processes and maintains credentialing and re-credentialing paperworkEnters, maintains and monitors Performance AppraisalsMaintains HRIS records and complies reports from database, as neededEnters, maintains and monitors E-Learning; assists in organizational training and development effortsCompletes projects as selected or assignedJob Type: Full-time
