Job Description : As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact. We are looking for someone that is able to multitask, perform under pressure and maintain professionalism. The right candidate will need to be capable to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, which includes administrative support across the organization. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person in the officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailInsurance verification via Navinet, Availity or phone is a plus!Schedule patients with several Physicians in our facility.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingSkillsProven work experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks is a plus!Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!*”Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Medical Receptionist experience?Work Location: One location
