Job Description : Game MastersPanIQ Escape Room is looking for enthusiastic, creative part time associates with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our company has been present in the U.S. since 2014 and after the great success of our first location we started to expand fast. We are looking for motivated game masters to join our new team in Atlantic City! The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, customer service oriented individual with excellent people skills.Game Room/escape room or hospitality Industry experience highly preferred in conjunction with either /or Restaurant experience and/or Retail Merchandising and Sales experience.Qualities we are looking for:- Motivation for learning continuously- Flexibility in time- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to work independently as well as within the team- Organizational skillsMust like working with people * Experience in customer service: face to face, over the phone, via email focusing on making customers happy and satisfied. * Must be confident enough to control a group of adults and teenagers * Must be able to be strict but keep it fun!
